Keep up the good work  im always promoting vdj where ever i go lol and on sites i go on but em well you know me guys im thick when it comes to computers so em i dont know how to add the logo's to myspace page or out  lol

Great initiative to spread the word about VirtualDJ radio  


But inviting new people here is just half the thing we need to do...
Would like to use this oportunity to ask more to be active at welcoming new members, and interact with eachother
Thats is what makes a good community


1) Post a welcome message at the profile page for todays new members
2) Post happy birthday to those who have birthday today
3) Welcome new members that come to chat
4) Say goodbye when someone is leaving chat
5) Reply at forum posts... specially guest mix uploads from listeners
6) Add buddies/friends from new users at site
6) Visit other users and friends profiles and post comments at intervals... [/b]


Making people feel welcome, is the most important part  Be interested when someone new comes at site, or chat.
Include new people, dont be excluding..  Bring others into the conversation, etc.

Spreading the word about VirtualDJ radio, its pointless, if they dont feel welcome and see new faces and friends here

To be honest first part i thought of was the radio it self but you are right the community is a natural part of the radio also.. So those points are also needed.

I absolutely agree that making new members feel welcome is very important 
It's amazing what a simple "Hello" can do for a person...never know what great hidden talents one has
if you never start a conversation with them. 
I know for me VDJR has become one of my favorite sites to keep coming back too...
not only for the great music but for the great Comradery as well!!
