Ez all you good peeps of vdj i was wondering why don,t u have a shout box were peeps who just wanna thank the dj,s but don,t wanna going to chat-room..can leave there comment then it could scroll along say bottom of the page in the chat what do u guys think....? ive seen it on other sites i think it,s a good thing.......

Might make something  Like "comment the dj" on the front page... short words... not sure:) there is 100s of people on the site at times, but maybe just 10-15 at chat.. so i guess there is quite a few that dont really want to chat, but migth want to give a comment to the dj... I'll see if there can be made something cool around it.. .

IMHO the 'pain' that's required to register/log into chat filters out most of the potential troublemakers (not all, but most). If casual browsers can message the DJ's without having to register, this will open the floodgates for negative comments/abuse. No registration means no accountability, therefore people will not think twice about posting abuse. I would hate to see the VDJR shoutbox turn into a typical youtube comment style slagging match! The internet is full of 12 year old keyboard warrior 'types' ready to spread their hate around the web Bad idea in my opinion.  Perhaps a simple vote would be more appropriate?

well i just wanna say i'm glad I've got u all thinking about the pro,s & con,s of it but like i said when starting this post i think it,s agood idea but hey I'm still new here .....but i do love this station very much & just thing of ways peeps who don,t like to chat can communicate by sayin thanks to the dj,s....thanks again peeps im sure u will do wats best for VDJ........Keep em Dancin...... |

kinda liking the idea of this now especialy the simple twiter comment thing almost, what if you linked the comment to the dj's twiter Rune? that might be simplest to do |
