Just wanted to share a massive congrats to my buddy ASH! who completed a massive 6 HOUR session on this great radio station today.

Ash had prebooked his 2 hour EPICA session, but continued to play for another 4 hours to avoid the playlist!

I know how hard or easy it can be to stop that.

It was for me now 5years ago, i stop to smoke like a train. hehe!
Every new party or other event was for me personal success, to beat the need.

So i go from week to week, and it works hehe!

Let me try...

I tell you, it's not easy being AUSTRALIAN and not smoking, the EFFECT it has on you takes it's toll. MONDAY'S are definitely the hardest... especially ON hot days. Thank goodness for VDJR though.

And Lay Z is dead right, it's been great to have the support of VDJR... even just being there to talk while I've been trying to quit.
